How to Access Our Content

Here are the steps:

• If you don't have an account, fill out and send the Create new account form with your details.

An email will be immediately sent to your email address. Read your email, and click on the web link it contains. Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.

• After you create your account, sign in and click on the course you wish to join.

- Each of the individual courses may have a one-time "enrolment key". If you are prompted for an "enrolment key" - use the one that your professor has given you. This will "enrol" you in the course.

- If the course requires payment, you must pay by standard bank transfer to Geya EOOD, IBAN: BG48RZBB91551064182716, BIC: RZBBBGSF.

Please note:

• Remember to ask your bank to quote your name(s), faculty number and the 4-digit course's code. (See an example HERE).) 
• Don't pay through Raiffeisenbank. Usually information from this bank is not sufficient for identification of your payment.
• You are required to meet ALL bank charges relating to the transfer.

Once your payment has been received into our account we will provide you automatic access to the course and it will appear under "My courses" any time that your are logged into the site. Normally it takes up to two working days after your payment. If you don't have access after two working days, use the button "Contact Us" and send a message with details of your payment - code of the course, date of payment, bank.

From the day of your enrolment, you will have access until the end of the current semester.
