The goal of this course is to develop an appreciation of the value of economic reasoning in solving business problems and to develop the fundamental economic analytical skills required in managerial decision making. It also gives students a systematic understanding of the difficulties and issues that occur in contracting environments: supply agreements, employment contracts, outsourcing arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, and the degree of vertical integration. The course is available only to international students at the Technical University - Varna.
